- Grinder without resistance (due to wrist): 20 minutes
- Dumbbell alternating shrug-row: 3 sets of 30
- Dumbbell alternating curls: 3 sets of 30
- Wings: 3 sets of 20

This is it. My first time, at the new Gym.
The first time working out without the Physio being present.
The first time sitting in front of the mirrors.
The first time allowing any of this to be photographed in a public setting.
The first time videoing it.
The first time with these kinds of angles lol
All in all, I love the gym, the atmosphere inside, the friendly faces and the wheelchair/disability accessibility of the equipment and the facilities there!
This is my new home, two to three times a week.
