WEEK ONE: 30/12/19 – 5/1/20
Week one is all about planning, scheduling & actually sticking to it, when it comes to the fitness/exercising side of things.
However, fitness & exercising aren't my top GO-TO things to do. BUT!!! I do know the benefits & the results I get from them.
